Below, I'm giving you some of my best tips on how I manage my calendar.
These strategies help me prioritize my time effectively so I can get the MOST out of each week.

Prioritize and Color Code: Identify what types of activities are crucial for your success—these could be meetings, deep work sessions, or networking events. Use different colors for these categories to quickly see your day’s composition at a glance.
Time Blocking: Allocate specific blocks of time for similar tasks. This reduces context switching and can increase productivity. For example, set aside specific times for emails, calls, or strategic planning. I LOVE time blocking as it helps me be more intentional with my priorities.
Review and Plan Weekly: Spend some time at the end of each week to review accomplishments and prepare for the next week. This helps identify priorities and adjust schedules as needed.
Use Technology Wisely: Utilize calendar apps that sync across all devices and set reminders for important tasks or appointments. Tools like Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook offer robust features that can enhance scheduling efficiency.
Delegate to a Virtual Assistant: You should absolutely consider having a VA manage your calendar. They can handle appointment scheduling, email management, and ensure that your day is organized efficiently so you can focus on the things that matter most. They can also handle scheduling your personal appointments too!
